Image Cartoonizer Premium is a photo editing utility that helps you turn your personal pictures into cartoon-like photos. The application lets you choose between multiple visual effects, provides you with various cliparts, and comes with an integrated photo cropping utility.
The first thing you need to do is to import a photo from your local directories. The utility supports the following formats: JPEG, PNG, and GIF. Afterwards, you can select the preferred visual effects, add a frame to your picture, include cliparts, and adjust the brightness and contrast levels according to your needs.
Personally, I wasn't too happy with the results. The output quality wasn't excellent and the cliparts looked tacky. Furthermore, the list of supported output formats is quite limited (JPEG, PNG, and GIF).
Another bad aspect is that the program might take a while to apply the selected visual effects.
In conclusion, I don't think it's worth buying this image editor for your PC as it comes with many flaws. Plus, you can find cheaper solutions.
